COSMETIC TREATMENT

How it works
When Botox injection is given into a specific muscle it blocks the neuro transmission signal from the nerve to the muscle. This means that the nerve ending cannot tell the muscle to move, hence there will be less wrinkling of the skin in the areas treated.
The upper third of the face is commonly where most clients treatment results are obtained for the reduction in crow’s feet around the eyes and wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows.
The middle third of the face common area is the bunnies, the crinkles on the side of the upper nose
The lower third of the face common areas are gummy smile, upper lip lines, Jowls, downwards sad mouth and the chin.

MEDICAL TREATMENT

Dr Danielle Waxman also uses Botox ® to treat medical conditions such as chronic headaches, for migraines and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

  • Forehead lines
  • Frown lines
